Spent 18 minutes in a queue on 132200; when call answered, no voice heard - the agent hung up, and then I received a call from this number. Again, unable to hear the caller.

Not a SCAM call - I had dealt with Telstra in the past week due to no internet connection. They fixed the problem then but I was not getting a dial tone from my landline. They were ringing to follow up and see if I needed further assistance regarding the landline. I had worked out the problem myself - paired the phone to the modem - so thanked them for getting back to me. The caller advised they would close the case.

Called Telstra and confirmed that it was not a legitimate call from Telstra (scam call). Had Telstra investigate whether anyone at their company called me on the day (as they keep records) and confirmed that they haven’t called me on that same day.
