Pre-recorded message about some bull survey (Robocall) reported by


Picked up the phone. There was a delay. Then there was a noise that came through the speaker (the type of noise you hear when your phone connects to a Bluetooth speaker) and an obvious pre-recorded message of a woman was being played. It was as if they were reading off a script and there were heaps of delays between every sentence. About some “government surgery for tourism”. I just hung up and blocked the call.

Government survey on Travel and Tourism. Conducted by Engine on behalf of Tourism Research Australia (GVT department - on their website.) Guy was polite and fine with questions I didn't want to answer. Legit. Persistent though, just tell them if you don't want to participate.
