PCYC raffle with different bank name, real is WHALAN not WHULAN (Telemarketer) reported by 1.43.121.xxx

They could be using a different bank account but they list theirs as WHUlAN, not the actual location being WHALAN. Could be a scam and is relentlessly persistent, do not answer or give details.
