Was trying to offer me investing tips when it's not hard just to (Scam call) reported by Dylan

Tried offering me investing tips and was going to sign me up for some weird payment thing when I had no idea what that company was called our how they got my number the guy on the phone seemed extremely unsure of what he was talking about.
