Ringing up to 10 times a day. I block the calls & they change the number. A game. I picked up once and it sounded like two teenage girls giggling and clearly interested in thier own conversation; they hung up on me after I said 'hello?' Several times. I have been hung up on upon answering these calls without talking to anyone. This is really annoying and unfair.

Rings you constantly day and night then hangs up so you ring them back and pay for phone charges if any. It's a power company wanting you to switch over to them. I was rung by them 5 times during work and have since blocked the number
