Caller advised that she was from RSPCA and asked if I would support them by purchasing raffle tickets for two cars and home entertainment items offer, I declined saying I don't purchase over a phone call.

Couldn't understand much of the speech, but could hear call centre background noise. From what I could understand it was a charity, police citizens club. No idea how they get your number. Just Chuggers - charity muggers.

Well this seems to be a general call centre working for non-profit organizations, already reported in connection with Canberra PCYC (check them at http://www.pcyc.net.au/about-canberra-pcyc - Canberra Police Community Youth Club) and RSPCA charity (also Cervical Cancer Foundation), but in fact just a call centre. You decide if answer it or not...
