They won't take No for an answer ! I informed them that I had a PRE paid fruneral and that $15,000 dollars would not be any good to me after I'm dead and that I have good friends in the furneral buisness and they still argued the point. I am now going to report them to the Dept of Fair Trading and ACCC.

This number should be dedicated to call centre working for Wespac Bank (check them at http://www.westpac.com.au/, their contact list can be found here : http://www.westpac.com.au/contact-us/), but should be also just a scam, don't provide them with any personla info without double-checking their employer...
