Answered the call, They attemoted to say my proper name( which no calls me by) so i knew it was a telemarketing/scam/nuisance cal, When i said who is this.. They hung up... Dialled back the number and was told the number you have called is disconnected.... This too illegal.. (Using a CLI to dial people which has been disconnected)

That's exactly what just happened to me, I repeated hello twice, so did they, used my name..I said sorry can't hear you, who are you? They hung up.

They knew my name & said I entered a competition to win a $500 gift card which is not something I ever do. Also had a heavy accent, probably Indian which are often scam or telemarketer calls. Block it.
