Calling me for quite a few months. Sounded reliable and eventually after several phone conversations I agreed to switch provider and gave my name, dob and email id details and another person from AusGreen Home called me to grab all these details and he said he will set up the account and shortly send a welcome pack. But I never received any of those. Feel like an **** to having to trust them. Hopefully, they don’t use my details anywhere:(

Did not introduce who she was or which company she worked for. Wanted to speak to me about reducing my spend on energy bills. I said the bills aren't in my name and the person whose name it is under was not at home currently. She then ended the call.
