No need to call back if you know nothing about Prime membership. Yes they are scam call.
I received a few call like this. Once I called back, the first person said something to do membership, then transfer to someone else, the guy said the same thing. I told him I don't have Amazon account, I don't buy anything from there. He then said my Amazon account might be hacked. Then I got angry, told the guy " I never buy anything from Amazon" he got angry & said " we will charge you, no matter what". Funny...........
Don't be fool by them, THEY ARE SCAM.

The eBay scam. "Your account will be charged etc etc blah blah blah scam scam scam". I LOVE to lead these low life deadsh!ts on so I wasted his time with some pretty good acting if I do say so myself lol!! "Oh no! Someone has hacked my account? Oh what do I do? Please help". So I let them waffle on for ages - I figure if I am wasting their time then they are not calling some poor unsuspecting person. Then I tell them what I think of them with that four letter word that starts with c, (and it's not 'Covid'), then I tell them I have put a curse on them and their entire family. Of course I haven't, I wouldn't know how, and their parents probably don't have a clue that their son/daughter is a dirtbag scammer - but I do get immense satisfaction out of tell them I have.

Caller from India claiming that my Amazon Prime account had been hacked and they were going to help me re-open a new account. I don't have an Amazon Prime account but played with the dude for a while. This number is a definite scam. They also spoof ID the number.
