Commonwealth bãņķo. I called the missed call and a recording said thanks for dialing then the call terminates at their end. It's all good though slightly rude as I'm not with this bank.

Its fine, its the commonwealth bank often they will courtesy call you if something has been taken out of your account and they want to check for fraud or if you have an application currently processing.

Doesn't leave a message and when I call back it says 'you have received a courtesy from the Commonwealth Bank' I called Commonwealth Bank to see what it was about and they said it wasn't a call from them so it might be a scam call.

This number from Sydney is used by a robo caller from call centre - whey you call it back it says just "You have received a courtesy call from commonwealth bank". Disturbing, but seems to be legit.
