From googling, I've learnt this is Global Shop Direct. It seems this is actually a kind of scam on their behalf as they are calling and disconnecting. That means a large number of people will call them back at their own expense. One way for the company (or maybe their telemarketers) to keep the costs down. If it's a telemarketing company working for Global Shop Direct then they should get this under control quickly as it reflects very badly on them.
