Called multiple times over the last few weeks and I've never been able to call them back after missing the call (phone line is disconnected). When I did finally pick up, there was the long silence at the beginning of the call that's usually indicative of a long-distance call, then a man claimed he was from First Response and he was calling about the accident I'd been in recently. Didn't know my name or verify who he thought I was. I said I hadn't been in an accident and he kept expanding the time range he was calling about. When I said I hadn't been in an accident in the last 12 months, he hung up.

English accent Man said that I had been involved in an accident in the last 12mths. When i said no i hadn't and this is a scam he proceeded to call me a N****r and told me to get F****d. He was laughing hysterically. I told him he is onlu hoping to find a vulnerable person to exploit and I hope the federal police find him. He told me to tell the police to get F****d and laughed hysterically.

Introduced himself as legal representative from RACQ. These guys always have british or irish accents. I have been getting scam insurance calls from about 10 different numbers. Cant understand how they dont get shut down.
