Foreign voice after few seconds. Then he asked if I'm the owner of this number. After I said yes he hung up. Next day another call this time he said hello then hung up.

No idea who this is but they call our business number almost everyday (I work for a dental surgery). When you pick up, an automated msg just says "Goodbye" and hangs up on you.

I just got a new private home number from Telstra and the only calls I have been getting is from some overseas call centre as well as calls (Indian accent) from a Sydney number. As soon as I start asking them why they have my number as it's private, they hang up. I hold Telstra responsible for these unsolicited nuisance calls!

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 2911990xx, just last 2 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?
