Spoke to a lady who said she is from IPrimus and they have a new product for internet and mobile phone plans. I am already with Primus and am happy with the current plan so I was not interested and rejected the offer.

Posed as Ipimus. I did have a genuine issue with Iprimus and was actually on the phone to them when the missed call message was left.

Indian or other South Asian man called, purportedly from iPrimus, simply to check whether we're happy with the upgrade to our phone/internet. I said yes and that was that. His tone and manner were a little unusual and the lack of purpose and detail around the reason for his call prompted me to make tentative responses, but I'm a customer and he didn't ask for any information that would suggest he is a scammer. That said, it's possible that he was clearing the path for a follow up call, as I did divulge that I'm an iPrimus customer.

I've had this experience before. When you answer a question incorrectly, they will continue to ask more questions until you get enough correct to prove your identity.
