The lady on the other end said that I should speak to someone who I could offer me some advice on my account.What Account as i do not have one .If they wanted to get money out of me they need to think again

They rang me saying that the person who is looking after my account could offer me some advice on it.? I have no idea what they’re talking about? It is really annoying. I do not have an account with them .Theyre not the only ones .We need to stop thee people from harassing people.
