Calling from "Singtel" for some internet anomaly (Scam call) reported by Anon

Caller claimed to be from Singtel. 2 persons was involved. 1) First line was customer service (unable to verify account number nor subscriber name), but claimed that she has all the details. 2) I was subsequently transferred to Technical officer (Mr Frank) who can't divulge subscriber name or account number). Asked me to enter commands: netstat and share the IP address. Got agitated when I pressed on for subscriber name and account number) prior to sharing the details. Mr Frank decided to hang up as I was insistent. The thing is.. I don't have any Singtel Account.
