unsolicited call about broadband and phone service migration saying our broadband service would be cut off today (it was cut off instantly) but the actual human caller (who was very hard to understand) was unable to answer questions about the landline and mobile phone services which the account is based on; then the call was cut off; calling back, when finally getting through to a human being, my call was again cut off, returning me to the endless robot selection rounds. i should be billing them.
