Told me I was getting a special deal (Scam call) reported by


Rang me on my mobile Told me I was getting a special deal cause i was a long time Telstra customer which i haven't been for years. said the deal was for my landline. He kept asking me questions and I told him he should already know the answers to the questions he was asking me then i hung up. Was clearly a scam.

Called me telling me I had my phone number for a long time and he was calling to offer me an awesome deal on free calling, free txt and lots of data for being a good customer. Could tell it was a scam straight away. Asked if I was prepay or contract I told him he should know he's the one calling me. I asked what his company he was he said he works for some place I forgot the name but they are able to offer deals to Vodafone, Telstra and Optus customers and what one was I with. Told him if he was offering a deal he must know what one I'm with. When I asked for his name and number so I could check with my provider to see if he was legit he hung up.

Female Indian telemarketer. She told me i won and am being offered phone plan discount. The strange thing is. My phone is connected to my laptop and phone name suddenly changed into indian character (not english) in the file browser.
