A lady spoke and claimed she was conducting a public transport survey, I usually do not answer calls not on my contact list, I thought it was somebody else. She said it would take 10-15 minutes, I declined and said I was too busy.

Claimed to be with an Energy Comparison Company. When asking me how much I pay I told them I don't handle thee bills. He then wanted to know the phone number and name of the person who handles the "bills" of the house. I refused to provide private information and he started getting really rude. Most likely a scam, or a badly trained telemarketer.

Answered the call, there was the typical overseas delay, then a woman asked if she was speaking to (enter my name here), I didn't confirm, instead I asked where she was calling from and then she promptly hung up.
