This was a legit call. We recently received a letter from TfNSW advising that we'd been selected to take part in a survey. Sweeney Research are conducting the survey. Background info was collected and date for recording our travel has been set. This is a legitimate method which assists in transport planning. I was happy to participate

Had my address incorrect, but answered anyway. Very strict on privacy, legitimate company. Have to record you movements on a certain day, they call you back for the survey.

Called almost everyday and left me voice messages. I picked up, the girl said she got my information from Service NSW and correctly stated my address years ago which is creepy. I picked up because I want it to stop calling me EVER!

It’s a legitimate number. All people receiving their phone call would have received a letter in the mail referring to a transport for NSW survey they are doing. Their number would be full due to the quantity of people for the survey.

I have recieved a call from these guys every single day this week. They appear to have a probgram of persistance beats resistance. I called the number back to see who they are, which is where i discovered that they are from "Sweeney Research". Their mail box is full, so you cant even utilise the offer to have your number removed from their list. Scam and totally unsoclicited annoyance.

This number has been trying to contact me for days. I hid my caller ID and called the number back and was met with an automated voice message announcing the company as “Sweeney Research” and stating that if I received a call from that number they were calling to conduct a survey. They offer to remove from their calling list but one has to leave their name and number to be removed. Nope. Sounds like BS.

Rang me. Man at the other end said “hello”. When I answered he hung up. Rang the number back as it was a landline number instead of generated mobile number. A message informed me that it was market research. Weird and annoying call.
