Misleading ads (Call centre) reported by Jan

These scammers told me they charge 45 dollars. They charged an extra whopping 220 dollars just to open my door. I knew they weren't a real Aussie business when a Canadian call centre answered. Don't get sucked in. You have been warned!!!!

Their website said 45 dollars for a locksmith and we called them to our house in the South East. The guy on the phone already sounded angry for no reason when we called them and when they finally got to our house (they got the address wrong and again got angry at us when they got lost), the guy fiddled with our door for a while before deciding he's not able to open it (what kind of locksmith can't open a normal residential door lock). He then found out one of the windows was slightly opened, opened that and took out the fly net. When we got into the house, we found out we couldn't open the front door at all, even with the house key from inside the house because he must have broken the lock when he was fiddling around with it. The door was completely and absolutely fine before that, we just locked ourselves out by leaving the keys inside and couldn't go in. So when we told him he must have broken the lock, he got defensive and threatening and said he would fix the lock for us for 'an additional fee'. He was holding his locksmith tool (which was sharp) against my sister and as she was arguing with him, he got more and more threatening. I finally told him not to worry about fixing the lock and paid him so he would go away. We paid AUD 220 for him to break our door and break into the house through the windows instead (what a 'lock'smith). When I paid him, he insisted on getting my full credit card details (card number, expiry date, and cvv number). I cancelled my card straight away after he left. The guys was big, buff and had tattoos and looked like a real thug so both my sister and I were scared of him. Should have called the police when he started causing problem. This is their website. My computer even refused to open it in the first place because it detected it as a scam. DON'T CALL THESE ROBBERS/USE THEIR SERVICES!
