He said is name was James Anderson from taxation office , do not disregard this call he said because they would issue a warrant for my arrest for tax aviation . He had a Indian accent. I'm nearly 70 yrs old and I don't want this kind of upset , so my daughter looked up the number and told me it was a scam

If not called back matter will go to court for not paying taxes, it is a urgent matter that you call back, which I did not. Plus did not say what party of the household it was about.

Likely scammers - had a few calls from similar numbers over last week. I didnt answer this call but rang back immediately, got no answer, so tried 3 more times and they never answered.

I didn't recognise the number either - but answered and male voice said he was from The Taxation Department and I will be under arrest because of tax invasion. It was a recorded message because when I started to ask a question and he just continued talking.Message said that I should ring this number 03 83623568 and not disregard this message. I phoned back about 7 times from landline and mobile and number was either busy or I was disconnected. Likely scammers.

I got a scam call from this number from J. A. about tax evasion. Asked me to call back. I made the mistake of calling him back. He asked me for my phone nymber n name. After this I told him that he is not calling from tax Dept and he hung up. Pls be vigilent n don't give any personal info to him.
