They left a voice message but I didnt check but checking the number it appears its from Energy Australia ringing me back as I was on the phone to Energy as my electricity had gone off and they called while I was on the phone talking to them.

I was expecting them to call me on another number at the correct time (which this call was). But whoever was calling would not identify despite repeated requests. Strange way to conduct business. They had both my numbers but I did not expect the call because of a earlier conversation wtih them. Seems to be common practice in Australia for legitimate business representatives to call you but not identify themselves. Government departments do it as well - it wastes a lot of time.
