They are offering 12 months free life insurance saying someone will call me back to confirm all my details - "is that OK?" I said "this is not OK". Then she went on about how it was a good offer and the amount I would be insured for, etc.. "Is that OK?" "Still not Ok" was my reply. she apologised and we hang up. I guess they are after you to say "OK" and then I guess you have agreed to the callback by the insurance company.

Called them back and they are offering 12 months free life insurance saying someone will call me back in a couple of days to go over the details. In the meantime they wanted my email address and to confirm how to pronounce my name, as well as confirming my mobile was the best contact number and if I had any other phone numbers. This is the 3rd time they have called in a couple of weeks. After the first call I got a random text msg saying I'd won a competition, I've never had texts like that before so i can only assume it's related.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 3837230xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with Indian call centre with funeral and life insurance. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
