My phone highlighted suspected spam. I answered didn't speak. A lady on the other end who knew my name asked if i was there twice and then hung up. Sounded as if call was being made from a call center. I called number back and there was a recording saying "Welcome to Top Offer.... We called you about our latest offers for your electricity account"

This number called me, but I missed it and don´t know what it should be. Here are some similar numbers +6138372326* stated as telemarketer. I don´t know if it was some call centre again? Maybe it would be better to block this range of numbers.. If you have any infos,plaese write, thanks in advance :-)
