Good service. They check that someone is not trying to defraud you of money. We are a business customer, they ring us if they think a customer refund is suspicious. Note you may have a NAB account or card and not be aware it is NAB, because they have many brands, such as Ubank, Challenger financial. They ring you as a customer to help you if they notice "unusual activity" on your account or card.

Ok, most comments on here are un true and most likely the collections company spam so to make people feel safe to answer. I have never banked with the NAB group at all, ever so why would they call me about security on a credit card I have never had with them, asking me repeatedly to confirm my identity, then hang up on me when I accuse them of being a scam or debt collectors. (IT'S A TRAP)
