Answered the call as it was a work number. asked to speak to the owner of the business (did provide the name though) to speak about "billing and updates". Hung up after I've left him on hold for a min to figure out what to do with the call.

Nuisance call for me, and as I can see there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. I recommend to block the whole 0383930xxx range... Did someone answer this number? I'm sorry for giving bad mark for this one, bad experience...

same number just called me, got angry because I wouldn't make an appointment with them and then the rude person hung up on me, seriously stop ringing me and wasting my time, grrrrrr.
