This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with head hunters, job seeking services. Can be a legitimate service, but a nuisance in most cases... No idea where they got my number, probably left on some net form.

They called asked If I was an Australian Citizen and when I said no,
they said oh in that case we can't take the survey further??
Definitely something to do with a job agency though.
