The number left is bogus .. customary for call scout technology for mobile phones ... technology is used for a number of purposes .. e.g. to establish if phone number exists to be added to data base. Can also be used to identify IP address of telephone, by hackers or surveillance are seeking to track you. If you are concerned about hacking in your job, or you use tethering, do not ring back ... restart your phone to get new IP address and change your phone name immediately... do this at least once a week.
