Claims to be EMS about power saving. Aggressive when you say no (Unsolicited call) reported by Rachel
Won't take no for an answer and refuses to remove my contact from the call list even though i don't want them to call me. Blocked the number, works a while then they just call on a new number instead. Very frustrating.

same, i have asked them every week for 8 weeks to remove my number as i do not live in victoria any more, today i told them that i am on the do not call register and they've been reported. see if i get another call next week. (i block each number, but they keep getting through on new numbers).
