Offers to pay your utility bills and after the bill is settled asks to pay back only 80% of the original bill value. The transactions are done cash only and this leads me to believe that they are doing something fishy. Also, they do not provide back any invoice for my payments, could be only after my personal information since they ask me the utility bills so that they can make payments. I have tried 3 bills so far and saved 20% of the bill values. However, when I try to call back this number, the call never connects. The owner of this number refuses the fact that calls do not connect and puts the blame on me.
