I answered the call and heard background noise. When I said “hello”, a recorded message said “the number you called is an invalid number” (even though they called me) and they hung up.

I had a missed call from this number on my phone and a voicemail. When I listened to the voicemail, there was some background noise, either other people talking or a radio, and the whole voicemail was just a person heavy breathing, quite loudly and slowly. Was very weird.

The caller said as I had recently purchased a cosmetic product I "had come up on their data base" and was entitled to a special offer discount of 25% off another purchase. Had never heard of them and had not purchased any cosmetics or skin care products from them.
