ATO Tax Avoidance Scam (Scam call) reported by Oscar
Foreign accept, said he was Michael Harris from the ATO, that my name was sent to them as a "legal complaint" and that I must call, cannot ignore the call, and that I would be taken into custody to the district court for tax avoidance.

Definitely a tax scam (Scam call) reported by 59.101.173.xxx
Claimed to be Michael Harris from the ATO claiming I had been accused of tax fraud on a voicemail. I called the tax office fraud line and they confirmed that this was a scam. Do not answer, hang up if you did, and do not call back. If you're in doubt, please google ATO Report Fraud and you will find the right number to call.

Guy rang and was very aggressive claiming to take legal action if a certain amount right away. Said not to hang up keep the line open until we got to Coles. To buy a Coles voucher to give to a person who would meet us there. Claimed to be Ian bishop from Tax and crime investigation.

Claimed to be Michael Harris from the ATO and said there had been a fraud claim lodged in my name. Refused to discuss on the initial call and then insisted I call back quickly on the number they provided or further litigation would be taken.

Yes, I reported them today - had the same call. From the ATO site:
"You can check on any communication that you are not sure about, or report a phone scam, by phoning us on 13 28 61 from 8:00am–6:00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday. To report unsolicited emails claiming to be from the ATO forward the entire email to [email protected]."

Just To Inform You That We Have Received A Legal Complaint (Unsolicited call) reported by Nick Tasker
This is the detail of the call received - I missed a call from 0385942232 who said "Just to inform you, we have received a legal complaint under your name and the complaint is for tax avoidance and tax fraud issue under your name. So finally, before." [this was the end of the message on my phone] - note: we pay our taxes, and just had our tax agent process our return weeks before receiving this call. Stay aware and don't respond unless you are calling the ATO direct to discuss.
