Some sort of telemarketing, although I found the pitch hard to follow. Even though the number shows up as a local one, it wouldn't surprise me if the ultimate source was an overseas call centre.

03 8595 2561. - I Think it is a Telemarketer (overseas scam) call trying to offer a "Lifestyle Wealth Package" with better offers to lower mortgage for income earners. They are using global carrier, Symbio Networks Pty Ltd. Symbio owns and operates Australia's largest IP Voice network, delivering complete coverage throughout Australia and New Zealand. The received phone number might originate from anywhere in Australia and not necessarily coming from Melbourne.

Trying to offer a "Lifestyle Wealth Package" with better offers to lower mortgage for income earners... If you are a pensioner or similar, they don't want to know you.. quite a nuisance that tries to bleed money from you in clever selling, marketing ways.
