Nuisance telephone callers; they phone about 5 times in a day and either hang up or ask to speak to the owner/manager about the telephone line. I refused to put the call through on the times that they talked to me; I suspect their real intent is the classic "I'll-upgrade-your-phone-line-if-you-give-me-your-bank-details" call. Don't answer the call, get their number blocked or something!

They are worse than children, Ignore them and they just keep on ringing. What is worse is that they try to sell something you already have or something not as good. These are people with nothing better to do and they get paid. They can also get quite upset if you refuse an offer as if their income depended on it. Maybe they get paid on sales. Lousy employers.

Pure telemarketing, do not rely on do-not-call registers, use the application from these pages for your mobile phone (it works fine for android, have the same on mine) - it can also block all negative numbers and you just receive a message that some call was blocked. Easy... Internet is full of this number, pure nuisance. Block it, they will not clear you from their list, I tried.
