Told me I needed to buy software to eliminate hackers and after gaining access to my computer, wanted me to log into my bank to pay. He was extremely convincing. His name is Pashand.

This person is a scam. He pretended to scan my computer to tell me I had a virus. He copied and pasted a scan from a computer which was not mine then wanted money to clean it. He got irate and hung up when I told him I'd have to source the money. We took a photo of the scan which proved it wasn't even from my computer.
