They knew all my details, email and number plus the details of the consultant I spoke to at Westpac. I don't think it was a scam but it is a third party that is reaching out to complete the survey.

After recently being approved for a home loan with Westpac, our banker let us know that we would receive a call in regards to completing a survey based on the experience we have received from our banker and Westpac itself - not a scam, it’s legit.

I am not with this bank and I know banks do not call in Australia for surveys. The comment below that they 'confirmed' it was Westpac, is probably from the scammer themselves
