They keep calling us over and over on both landline and mobile. Every day or 2nd day for months. Because I started a survey with them years ago before I realised it was dodgy. We keep telling them to stop calling us. Indian males. Today when I asked them to stop calling me and said I had requested this many times he said "Fu*k off" and hung up!!

Heavy Indian accent. Claim to be from ABS. Extremely rude. Refused to answer my questions about why they were calling me and accused me of not speaking in English. Advised I would be lodging a complaint for harassment before terminating the call. They rang back twice claiming the line cut out. I advised I terminated the call before they continued to harass me and claimed I should speak English.

The person was extremely persistent, even when I told him I wasn't interested. He kept persisting until finally, he hung up on me because I kept telling him: the information you are requesting is personal. He kept saying: "I just want 20 seconds of your time" Very annoying, persistent, disrespectful, disregarding what you have said to them.
