I've asked to be removed but was outright told they would keep calling until I did the survey! I have been called 9 times in 10 days. I now answer so they can pay for the call and pop my phone back in my bag.

I answered after they wouldn't get the hint, turns out to be a survey, after doing it thought that would be the end of it, but no, they keep ringing up to 4 times a day........I have got on auto reject list, but they just keep calling and don't get the hint that they will never get through to me again. Totally annoying pests

Good job! But the minute you agreed to complete one survey; it opens the flood gates for other types of surveys. Next time consider advising the caller that you now want your number removed from their database/s and from any 3rd party database.

I was first called on my home phone around 8pm about two weeks ago. The first thing she said was 'don't hang up. We aren't selling you anything, we want to do a survey'. I didn't have the time and said I wasn't interested in doing any surveys. She didn't listen, kept talking over the top of me (which might be considered normal practice in her culture, but not mine). Ended up hanging up. The very next day she called my mobile while I was at work and said the same thing. I said that I wasn't interested last night. What makes her think I would be interested now when I'm at work and definitely too busy to talk. Suggested she remove me from her contact list because I'm not interested now - or ever. Again, I had to hang up on her because listening to me was something she would not, or could not do. Then yesterday I was called again on my mobile while at work. I said the to guy that I've been called three times now in a space of two weeks. I'm not interested FULL STOP. Do not call me again. Take me off whatever contact list you have me on and if I get a call from you again I will be taking this up with the telecommunications ombudsman due to unsolicitored contact and harrasment. You guessed it I got another call today. This makes it four calls in two weeks. I did not answer the call. I suggest they take notice of these reviews online because they're in breach of the telecommunications act now that I've told them to stop calling me. I wonder what the ombudsman is going to say Monday when I contact them?

This number just called me, the asian lady on the phone stated that she wasn't selling anything and asked me answer the following questions: Do I think I pay too much tax? Am I paying off a mortgage? Because I answered that I wasn't paying off a mortgage, they then asked me how long I had been renting for. They asked me if I owned any investments here or overseas? Then for the final question she asked me my relationship status. Then she promptly hung up. They have tried contacting me on multiple occasions and it's really starting to annoy me. Is there any way of preventing similar services from getting your contact details because I don't remember giving them out?

I feel the same as everybody else. They have called me 5 times in the last 3 days and I have told them I don't want them calling me again. They are not listening so I will have to resort to just ignoring.

They called, I answered, asked for my wife, she hung up. (said she had been getting calls from the same people with different numbers all from this yale place). Because we had hung up, literally 3 seconds later they tried calling again 2 more times. Just ignored it them. Rang them back, got the same answering machine...left a very abrupt and somewhat abusive message for them. No matter what time you call, you always get the answering machine.. Tried searching for them, only thing I found was Yale Property Solutions. Tried calling their melbourne office during office hours (and after hours) and just got a line busy...not sure whether they are scammers, trying to get information, surveys or whatever...

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

Yes it is Yale Solutions. They have been harassing me also to do a survey. Keep calling me at work on my mobile. Now they call and when I answer they just hang up. I called straight back and the message service said the office of Yale Solutions is now closed??
