Allegedly Telstra (Scam call) reported by Jane
Phone call allegedly from Telstra and in regard to international computers accessing my internet . When pressed, the caller gave a name "Brian Harper" and a case number "TL 877705" and this number to confirm his identity.

Phone call allegedly from Telstra and in regard to my internet, and person using it illegally without my knowledge. When pressed for her ID, the caller gave her name as "Jennifer Wilson" and a case number "TL 600249" and this number 0390154651 to confirm his identity. Then I got suspicious and googled it and here I am.

Fake Telstra #, typical internet security scam for giftcards (Scam call) reported by Martin
Appears to be fake Telstra help line number given to victim of phone scam attempt -internet security scam call, "Telstra has blocked your internet, you must pay for security software". Closely followed by the usual Google play gift cards scam - to refund Coles overpayment. Pursuaded the victim to create an eBay account to buy giftcards.
