They ring 4 to 5 times a day with different "NUMBERS". So its a Voice over internet protocol V.O.I.P. internet box ringing. A computer generated dialer hoping some dummy will answer without thinking. Then the computer hangs up anyway once it confirms a contact or open receiving phone on the other end.
