Have just received a call stating they are the Incident Care Team asking if I was involved in a motor vehicle accident within the lat 12 months When I asked numerous questions as to vehicle rego Time or date of incident he didn't know Then I told him I don't even drive This is a scam You can't call the number back

Received call about minor accident I had and wanted to know my personal and vehicle details. I did not give any details as I have not had an accident. Was an male with a British accent. Tried to call the number back but it obviously had a block on incoming calls.

Man with an Irish accent called and asked me to confirm my details (erm Nope you called me) knew my first name. Wanted to confirm details of a car accident my vehicle was involved in and to make sure the claim was dealth with satisfactorily. No accident here deifinite scam.

lovely Irish girl rang to ask about my recent car accident. she wanted to know if it happened in Qld in the last 12 months if damage was minor or moderate. If car has been repaired/replaced. Since she already know about the 'accident ' I was happy to give some more details. said it happened when the car was parked at the airport and that thing dropped out of the sky. she asked if I was in the car - no way. she agreed that was lucky I said she could read all about it in the newspapers. She said her legal team might be in contact for more information. (PS no accident occured )

Definitely a scam call. Claim to be from an insurance company yet they don't know my full name or gender. They tell me that I've been involved in a car accident and they are following up on it (？)

Answered the call. A female from some nondescript insurance company asking about an accident in the last twelve months. When told there had been no accident the caller apologised for the inconvenience and ended the call. I tried to call the number and heard a recorded voice say "Goodbye".

Yup, just had the same number call, male, claimed to be from a Aus Car Care or something in regards to the vehicle accident. When i asked for the a name of whom they were looking for he said "dont worrie about it" and hung up. Very dodgy. I tried to call it back too, but its a out going line only so you cant call into it

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range 3902169xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?
