Male caller offering energy discounts. Told him I wasn’t interested & hung up. He rang back within seconds & started abusing me using obscene language. Hung up again & he continued to ring non stop for the next ten minutes!!!

Caller's first words were that her company could offer me Energy Discounts. As soon as I heard these words, I told her I was not interested and so I didn't give her the time to even identify the company she was working for, or provide any further information before hanging up.
