Same wording as Robo Call reported by Will in this thread. Have not called the number back. Believe this is a scam to target people via fear.

Robo Call (Nuisance call) reported by Will
Phone not answered (on silent - didn't notice it ring) they left voicemail - which was: "9028 8757 I repeat 3 9028 8757 Now if we don’t hear from you we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible, Thank you" Pretty sure I have no reason for the Victorian Police to want to arrest me - since I live in NSW and haven't been to Victoria for years (and as far as I am aware never committed any offences)
