I had the same themed call. Wi-fi and IP address. He finally hung up when I said; yes I am stealing your wi-fi, it gives me pleasure.

Make abused me for using his WiFi and stealing it. Screamed at me a few times for it, accused me of being a hacker and then attempted to ask me personal details but I'd already stopped talking. Eventually when I was silent he ended the call. The number isn't able to be called back. It doesn't connect
