Checked database showed Neutral rating before trying to ring back (Unsolicited call) reported by pburl
This number called on my Landline. It was not a "known" number and so I first checked the calling number on the "Should I Answer" database. It indicated a "Neutral" Rating, so I tried to call the number back, thinking that maybe it was a call I may have needed to receive. I called back twice and on each occasion the reply was that this number is not connected [Very strange as I was very particular in recording the right calling number]. I then noticed that this number was the very next number above a number that I had already reported on my mobile only the day before (ie: (03) 9036 1458). That call was from a group wanting to know how much I paid for my energy bills. It may just be co-incidence, but this makes me suspect that someone else from that same company is making similar calls from another phone in the same office. I understand that this issue needs to be investigated before it is entered on your database. But it's still strange that I could not get through after initially calling them back.
