Called me asking about Phone Number's not being updated when I did so, a week prior. Clearly knew nothing about my current standing on my account. Without accurate information provided, the caller then proceeded to try and get me to update details (false, this was an attempt to get me to tell them more information). I immediatly hung up realising none of this was requested, or added up. Do not answer these calls unless you have requested them.

I rang telstra's 132200 helpline and during my call with them my mobile phone lost signal and dropped out. The person helping me rang me back on this number to continue helping me.

I required tech support from Boost Mobile and they called via this number. Its not fraud or scam. Boost mobile work with Telstra so I assume they use the same generic number to mask the calls from

They said they were from Telstra. Already had two others today who told me my NBN service was going to be disconnected. So send me a letter. I have no idea if it was Telstra or not but if Telstra is employing Indonesians or people with an Indian accent then their management is a bunch of fools.
