Answered the phone, probably a bit aggressively and they hung up on me. As other reviewers note this is a fixed line generating random numbers to call and scam people.

Next time you get a call from a number with prefix 03 9081 06xx (such as 03 9081 0656) it's a random generated alias number from an automatic computer generated dialer program. Groups do this when it's an illegal or bogus scam, they want to remain anonymous, in order to get your information and money if possible. So next time you get a call from this number and be persistent back to the caller and ask their real name, number and business. Hassle them for information. Or if you don't have the patience for that quickly answer the call and say "Go Fu#k yourself" and then hang up.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range 3908106xx just last 2 digits different) reported here already - mostly with insurance marketing. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?
