I'm guessing it's a call centre (Call centre) reported by KazBo
I think it's an overseas call centre for AGL because I had an overdue bill, extended to the 24th of July, but their call centre would still phone several times a day chasing it up. They were always similar numbers as MikeOne mentioned, and many would show up on my phone as spam so I wouldn't answer. As of today 19th of July, I've paid the bill in full 4 days ago, before the agreed extended due date, but they are still phoning me daily. I answered this call, all I said was "Hello", and they hung up without saying anything.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range 3908651xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already - sometimes with debt collectors, mostly just unsolicited calls. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?
